 雅思口语part2话题:集中精力的方法!在写这篇文章之前,原本是打算一鼓作气快速完成,但是打开电脑之后突然发现无法集中精力,于是迅速决定一件一件处理掉让我不能专注的障碍,再坐在电脑前敲字就一点儿问题都没有了。我做的事情如下:

1.洗了把脸,让疲惫散去。

2.吃了点儿东西,让注意力不再放在饥饿的肚子上。

3.打开灯,调到了一个舒适的光线,让房间明亮温暖。

4.关上窗户,逃离屋外吵闹的施工噪声。

5.清理桌面,让手机位于看不到的地方。

在没有列出这些项目之前,我并不知道原来集中精力竟然需要做这么多的小事情,或许大家日常生活中也并没有注意过这些细节,那么现在就建议大家像我这样简单列举一下,然后找到你觉得最有话可说的一条展开描述,作为这道题的答题素材。

What it is

How it helps you concentrate

When you do it

And explain how you feel about it.

这道题的重点是你只能选择一条集中精力的方法。但是大家往往容易忽视掉这个要求,洋洋洒洒说了三四个,说完之后考官来了句:I’m sorry, you were supposed to talk about one way of helping you to concentrate. 这个时候就来不及了,重新说是不可能的,还会影响你接下来回答part3的心情。所以,大家一定要认真审题哦。

其实,在上面列出的几条中,比较好说的是最后一条,把手机放在看不见的地方。手机应该是干扰大家学习工作最大的障碍了。手机的提醒,甚至是没有提醒的情况下,我们也会忍不住拿过来看上几眼,这已经是一种习惯性动作了。但是我今天想从吃饭这个角度来跟大家分享一下我集中精力的方法。简单地说就是按时吃饭,不吃太多也不要不吃。

A thing I do to help me concentrate is to eat before I start doing something serious. Some people like to stay hungry when they study. I really don’t understand it. If I were them, I would be thinking about when I am going to be able to have a meal. It’s impossible for me to focus on doing anything. Therefore, I always eat on time and I don’t eat too much. Having a full belly is also not good for continuing to do what is important. I would feel sleepy.

As for how it helps me to concentrate. Well, actually, I had some bad experiences before. In the past, I used to think it’s not a big deal to forget a meal or two. However, when I started to work in the afternoon after skipping a lunch, I realized that it’s hardly possible for me to concentrate on my job. When people were talking, my stomach was singing. It was really a horrible feeling. Because of such experiences, I started to eat regularly. No matter how busy I am, I always remember to order my food in advance. In this way, I will have something to eat during breaks. It sounds simple but actually not everybody can do it well. I know a lot of people who don’t eat properly by not eating at all or eating too much. It’s also not a good idea to be on a crazy diet by eating some so-called healthy food especially on busy working days. It’s actually also my personal awful experience.

Therefore, one of my good ways of keeping concentration on something is to eat properly and timely. It has been a good habit that I have kept for years. It totally works.
